5 Basic Kickboxing Skills:
The Jab: Probably THE most important punch you could have in your arsenal. Not only is it used for distancing, but it is very useful for setting up combinations.
Head Movement: Watch any boxing match and I can almost bet my life that the commentators will say “he has good head movement” at least one time!
Block a Punch: If you can block a punch, not only can you counter it with your own punch or kick, but you can even hurt the opponent’s hand and end the fight!!
Street Tactics:(Use with Caution!): Fight tips from Trav….this guy is a beast. Just be careful using these techniques. You don’t want to KILL anybody..just get away safely!
