Many people see jumping rope as childish or for elementary school gym time, but if you look at ALL of the famous boxers, they all had one thing in common in training: they skipped rope!
Skipping rope is such a great asset to a workout because when you skip rope, you work on rhythm, footwork, coordination, and endurance! (plus it looks cool when you can do it fast :p)
