Many people see jumping rope as childish or for elementary school gym time, but if you look at ALL of the famous boxers, they all had one thing in common in training: they skipped rope!
Skipping rope is such a great asset to a workout because when you skip rope, you work on rhythm, footwork, coordination, and endurance! (plus it looks cool when you can do it fast :p)

Everyone has abs…but most people have too much body fat covering their abs, that they do not show!
The key to losing weight and body fat, is to train and eat like a fighter!
Cardio, of course, is the BEST exercise to lose body fat. Crunches and sit ups will strengthen your abs, but they won’t be visible if you don’t burn the fat around them!!

Being a “counter” fighter, I love the science and technique behind slipping punches. Making your opponent miss his punch, and setting him up for decimation!….great feeling!
